Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Norman account and its data yourself, from the app or this website.

Steps

  1. Sign in with the account you want to delete.
  2. Open More and scroll to Delete account.
  3. Confirm. Your account is removed right away.

What gets deleted

Your profile, goals, weigh-ins, food logs, saved meals, activity, weekly plans, coach messages, support messages, AI-help choice and subscription status record.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account doesn't cancel a store subscription. Cancel it first in your Apple or Google account settings.

Can't sign in?

Reset your password from the sign-in page. We ask you to sign in so nobody can delete someone else's account. If you're still stuck, see Support.
