These terms are an agreement between you and 1001608304 ONTARIO INC.. By using Norman you agree to them.

Estimates, not medical advice

Calorie, food, step and workout numbers in Norman are estimates and can be wrong. Norman is not a medical device and doesn't diagnose or treat anything. It doesn't guarantee weight loss. Talk to a doctor before big changes to how you eat or exercise, especially if you are pregnant, have a health condition or take medication.

Eating disorders

Calorie tracking isn't right for everyone. If you have or have had an eating disorder, or tracking makes you anxious, please don't use Norman without your care team's support. Norman never recommends eating below its safety minimum or "making up" for a big day by starving.

Adults only

You must be 18 or older to use Norman.

Your account

Keep your login safe and your details accurate. You can delete your account any time in the app or by following these steps.

Free today, subscriptions later

• Norman is currently free to use in your browser. Creating an account is free and never starts a trial or a charge.
• Any prices shown on the website are planned future prices, clearly marked as such. Nothing is on sale today.
• If you join our interest list, we are not sending newsletters or marketing emails yet. Before any promotional email is ever sent, we'll ask for your clear agreement with full contact details and a working unsubscribe, as Canadian anti-spam law (CASL) requires.
• When paid plans launch, they will be bought through the Apple App Store or Google Play. The price shown in the store before you confirm is the price you pay.
• Eligible new subscribers may get a 3-day free trial when the store offers it. Eligibility is decided by Apple or Google. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, the plan starts and you're charged.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal in your Apple or Google account settings. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
• Web checkout isn't available yet.

Fair use

Don't misuse Norman, try to access other people's data, or interfere with the service.

Changes and ending

We may update Norman or these terms; we'll update the date above. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Norman is provided "as is" and we aren't liable for indirect losses from using it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws where the operator of Norman is established. Your local consumer rights still apply.
